The details of the innovation were shared by Felipe Quinteros, CEO of the company, who emphasized that Trackline not only meets the information and communication needs of clients, “but also redefines logistics management with a modern, efficient, and visually appealing solution.”
With the goal of adapting to the demands for increasingly immediate information in a globalized and digitized business context, where real-time data is crucial for successful management, International Line, a company with 24 years of experience leading freight forwarding in Chile, has incorporated a modern shipment tracking platform into its operations. This platform is called Trackline.
Felipe Quinteros, CEO of International Line, explained that “it was crucial for us to evolve beyond conventional communication methods, such as spreadsheets and emails. We identified the opportunity to transform the customer experience by offering a platform that not only meets their need to stay informed but also redefines logistics management with a modern, efficient, and visually appealing solution.”
Quinteros detailed that Trackline is the result of the effort to provide clients with all relevant shipment information, supported by the development of Logixboard. He further explained that, in addition to being a single window for all client shipments, this dashboard platform transforms the way “those same clients interact with their shipments, allowing them to monitor everything from the location and status of their cargo to historical costs and volumes, all in real-time.” Trackline features an intuitive interface, displays comparative shipment statistics, and offers the possibility of direct communication through chat with International Line’s expert staff.
Among its main attributes, the solution includes a centralized repository for relevant documents and allows clients to generate new shipping instructions. These modernizations, Quinteros specified, were designed to empower users, giving them control and autonomy. For him, this is an “unprecedented innovation in the industry because it significantly elevates customer satisfaction, enabling them to visualize their logistics operations. This tool has been a key differentiator, not only improving efficiency and transparency but also strengthening client trust in our services,” the executive emphasized.
Internally, Trackline has optimized operations and client communication, generating an agile and effective workflow. This innovation sets us apart in the market, reinforcing an image of a cutting-edge company in adopting customer-focused digital solutions. With such a powerful and versatile tool, “we ensure our competitiveness and set new standards in the logistics industry,” says Quinteros.
The launch of Trackline coincides with International Line’s new corporate image. For the current administration, it represents a journey toward digital transformation, with plans already underway to explore and adopt disruptive technologies that continue to enhance the service offering. “We are committed to leading the way toward a more connected and efficient digital era in logistics, from integrating artificial intelligence to optimize logistics to developing mobile applications that improve access and interaction with our current services,” Quinteros concluded.
